I have read a series of articles this week on “Why did more people decide to sell now?” Statistics have shown that there is a “normal” (if that is a thing), lessening of listed homes for sale in September most years. SO if you’ve noticed more real estate signs, it’s true, there are more homes listed for sale than typically in the FALL. (Realtor.com says homes for sale in September increased 11.6% over last year at this time.)

What does this mean for buyers? Fewer people looking so there are more choices; more negotiating, on price, terms, concessions, and/or contingent sales on selling your home OR; more likely to get a home!!! Lenders are getting more

creative and you can potentially lower interest rates if you buy down an interest rate now; and/or refinance if you can do so at a later date. Some lenders have loans that allow you to finance concessions in the loan. Call me and we'll come up with a plan!
