I’m proud to announce our team is expanding yet again. Christine has been assisting me with Transaction Coordination and Property Management for many years, as a licensed Realtor®. With vast experience behind the scenes, we are proud to bring her up front as we expand the team. She is ready, willing, and trained to make the most of your real estate experience, from mobile home to mansion on the hill. Chris’ clients will verify, she is an advocate and never gives up.
There is a new kid in town (well, not really). He’s not new to the area, attending local schools, sports and growing up and working since he was 15, in the “neighborhood!” It is our honor to invite Byron R Rodriguez, Terrylynn’s grandson, to the Team. He knows the area he hopes to serve, he grew up here! From the age of 15, at his first job at La Veranda, he learned to be of service, handled working under pressure, and learned the value of hard work. Many of those he served will be delighted to know what he’s up to now.
With Terrylynn, his grandmother and mentor in real estate, he is ready to hit the ground running. It doesn’t hurt that he owns two pieces of real estate at the age of 26! Something he heard growing up was “…and then you’ll grow up and buy a house.” His parents bought their first home at 23; he wanted to do one better, and at 21 purchased his first piece of real estate. His brothers also own real estate, so the family work ethic is alive and well. Byron is ready to assist others with their real estate needs, as it’s something he has lived. Like Terrylynn, he believes in experiencing the things he is going to assist others to do himself, so he knows the steps to getting there. He’s up to the challenge and can’t wait to help others meet their goals. Plus, did I mention he speaks Spanish?
How can this help Byron in his career as a real estate agent? Well, he says, “if I can do this, it enables me to show others how to do it too.” He is excited for his new career and hopes to prove his expertise while having a mentor of many years’ experience to back him up. What a perfect way to launch a career.
