Oh statistics, the beauty of them can be a curse, as we rely too much on what they say. August shows Clayton, Concord and Walnut Creek are up 7.1%, 1.5% and 9.8% respectively. We are going in the right direction. AND ALL cities' list to sale price was 100%! All Cities show over 30% of properties reducing their prices before receiving an offer. SO price right from the get go, is as important as ever.
