July statistics for our micro-markets show us that median home prices are gently flattening compared to last year (red numbers) except in Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek is up almost 11%. Depending on the city, 31% to 52.6% of active listings have reduced their prices. Wow! What a difference a year makes. This still means prices on 50% to 69% of listings are still holding steady.
